Meet Alice

A passionate educator, Alice Rodgers is a lifelong learner who embraces a growth mindset.  Her belief in sound mind and sound body led her to a ski academy in the Green Mountains where she taught history and English and served as Head of Academics for over 30 years.  Under her leadership, the small independent school was consistently recognized by Niche as one of the top 3 private schools in Vermont.  Her mantra,  “live to learn and learn to live” drives Alice to immerse herself in ongoing education; first completing a graduate degree in History and most recently in Educational Leadership Policy Studies.  Her focus, energy, and commitment to learning inspires her students to pursue their passions and to move confidently in the direction of their dreams.  Alice loves all things outdoors but especially enjoys mountain biking and kayaking on the coastal waters of Maine with her husband, Randy.
